Five Ice Dam Warning Signs

By: Ignacio Saeteros

We provide free aerial video inspections! You see what we see! We like providing our customers with a reliable and transparent customer experience. No hidden charges or fees. We use low-pressure steam ONLY, which is the only safe way to remove ice dams without damaging your roof, gutters, and surround areas. A good team can remove 8 to 16 feet of ice dam per hour. Each ice dam is unique and varies in many ways due to the volume, length, etc. We work efficiently to get the job done.

  1. Icicles forming on the edge of your roof and/or behind your gutters.

  2. Ice begins coming through the soffits vents and or through the soffit itself.

  3. Ice or water forms on the siding or exterior wall surface.

  4. Ice or water forms inside or around the window frame.

  5. Most Ice dams will begin to build on top around the gutter (eaves) where your roof is least insulated and coldest.

If you notice an ice dam on your roof, give us a call today at (888) 871-3117.
